With over 300 schools across 120 countries, they are a true leader in their field, helping schools with compliance and security challenges.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager, commercial teams, and CEO to drive business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package up to £45k-55k base + 40% OTE, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development, we encourage you to apply.
Interview ProcessThe interview process will consist of an initial call with the CEO, followed by a final interview with a panel of senior executives. The final interview will include a scenario-based assessment and Q&A session.
