Temporary Administration Assistant - Welfare Benefits

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administration Assistant to support our team at Essential Employment with the administration of welfare benefits. This is a full-time temporary role that requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and empathy when interacting with applicants and professionals.

Your main responsibilities will include supporting the coordination of applications, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background in social work or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of applications within the Client's policies and procedures
  • Ensure all interactions are professional and courteous
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Salary Range:$30,000 - $42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
