Job Description: Financial Assistant Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks, including purchase invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliation, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are up-to-date
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues or queries

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation:
- Hourly rate: £12-13.50 p/h
- 2 days home working per week
- Opportunity for contract extension or permanent role
