Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at SF Recruitment. The successful candidate will assist with financial tasks, including sales and purchase ledger management, management accounts, and banking administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting of invoices and new account creation
  • Purchase invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliation
  • Monthly management accounts pack creation
  • Posting of journals and nominal account analysis
  • Administration of banking facilities and bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • VAT returns and deferred Duty & postponed VAT reconciliations
  • Control of asset register and monthly depreciation postings
  • Managing and reconciling invoice discounting facility
  • Assisting with letters of credit facilities
  • Managing utility contract renewals and monitoring utility costs

Requirements:

  • AAT L3 qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Diligent and self-starting individual

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
