Job Description:

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You will work closely with our Commercial Department to procure subcontractors and manage health and safety onsite, as well as monitor quality and workmanship and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Commercial Department for subcontractor procurement.
  • Manage Health and Safety onsite, including daily inductions, subcontractor RAMS vetting, and weekly inspections.
  • Monitor quality and workmanship onsite.
  • Compile and deliver monthly Progress Reports to client and design team.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality objectives.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous Project Management experience, demonstrated delivery drive, and strategic, operational, technical, and management skills. Experience in water treatment, power, MOD, or industrial sectors is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Primavera or Power Project is required, as well as SMSTS and CSCS certifications. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
