As a Personal Care Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with service users and colleagues to deliver tailored support packages.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience working with people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs.
  • Is able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and nights.
  • Can maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
