Teacher Assistant Role in Local Schools

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team of educators working in primary and secondary schools across the area. This role offers a unique opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and contribute to their academic success.

About the Job

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on students' lives. As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver educational programs and support students in small groups or one-to-one settings.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. While prior experience is beneficial, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supporting teaching staff in planning and delivering educational activities
  2. Providing individualized support to students with SEND
  3. Monitoring student progress and reporting back to teachers

**Salary Information:

The salary for this position is £450-£620 per week, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive daily rate and benefits package that includes free access to our Teaching Assistant Toolkit skills development package and funded formal qualifications.
