Supporting Pupils in Educational Settings

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate education assistant to work in various primary or secondary schools across the region. As an Education Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one.

About the Role

This position involves working with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience in the education sector.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to making a difference in their educational journey. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential as we focus on transferable skills and attitude towards working in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teaching staff in delivering educational programs
  • Assisting students with SEND in a small group or one-to-one setting
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop individualized learning plans
