Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Microfluidics Engineer to join our team in Oxford. As one of the first employees, you will play a crucial role in building the company with our founding team. Your expertise will be instrumental in transitioning microfluidic devices from prototype stages to scalable manufacturing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in hands-on microfluidic systems development and validation, including mechanical characterization and biological characterization.
  • In-depth knowledge of various fabrication techniques, such as soft lithography and rapid prototyping.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale from low-volume prototyping to high-volume manufacturing.
