Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Support Worker to join our team at Partnerships For Progress Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family support and be able to work effectively with families to provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to families to help them achieve their goals
  • Work closely with families to identify their needs and develop plans to address them
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to family support
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families in their own homes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of family support activities
