Job Title: Senior Family Support Worker

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) & Part-Time roles available (23 hours & 34.5 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive hourly rate

Shifts: A combination of dayshifts, nightshifts and weekends

Days: 7am-7.30pm and Nights: 7pm-7.30am (2nd Senior)

Days: 6.30am-7pm and Nights: 6.30pm-7am (Shift Co-ordinator)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Support Worker to join our team at Partnerships For Progress. As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of Family Support Workers and providing support to vulnerable adults and children in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Family Support Workers to provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults and children
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or children in the UK
  • Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
