Job Title: Family Support Worker

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) & Part-Time roles available (23 hours & 34.5 hours per week)

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Shifts: A combination of dayshifts, nightshifts and weekends

Days: 7am-7.30pm and Nights: 7pm-7.30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to families in need, promoting independence and well-being

• Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and stakeholders

• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Qualification in Health & Social Care

• At least one year's experience of working in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
