Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at QTM Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take on a challenging role and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the software testing sector. They will develop and execute tailored business plans that align with both QTM's and our clients' objectives, emphasising tailored and innovative testing solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the software testing sector, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  2. Bespoke Business Planning: Develop and execute tailored business plans that align with both QTM's and our clients' objectives, emphasising tailored and innovative testing solutions.
  3. Sales Forecasting: Conduct detailed sales forecasting to predict future sales, identify potential growth areas, and align resources accordingly.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (including testing, operational, customer service, and executive teams) to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
Requirements:
  1. Experienced Professional: Proven track record in B2B sales/service, preferably within the software testing solutions world.
  2. Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the software testing market and its challenges, with an ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Communication Expert: Exceptional face-to-face and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across various business areas both internally and externally.
  4. Self-Starter: Independent, with strong planning and organisational skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Uncapped OTE: Up to 30% of annual salary
  • Car allowance: £8,000 per annum
  • Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays
  • Learning and development allowance: £2,000 per annum
  • Pension contributions: Increased pension contributions
  • Gym membership contribution: £500 per annum
