Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in Wembley. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship management and negotiation.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, driven by a passion for business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Salary
The salary for this role is competitive (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum), with commission and bonus potential. You will also be entitled to a pension scheme, health benefits, and flexible working hours.
