About the Role

TEKsystems Global Services is a leading provider of IT solutions, offering a range of services to global clients. This role is part of our Commercial and Financial Operations department, focusing on the EMEA region. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Commercial Business Partner or Project Analyst role.

This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial and finance expertise, focusing on data, analytics, and process improvements. You will work with our financial, sales, and operations technology systems to cleanse, review, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business operations, internal systems, and data sources to provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to improve current and future business decisions.
  • Gather, monitor, audit, and analyze sales, finance, and operations data to drive business improvements and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and audit data quality, implementing automated checks where necessary.
  • Analyze trends and variances in data to drive data accuracy and increase productivity.
  • Support management reporting on financial budgeting, month-end revenue, and profitability analysis for the EMEA region.
  • Manage sales performance and reward tracking.
  • Support strategic priorities and transformational projects sponsored by the Senior Leadership team.
  • Drive excellence through process improvements and develop business cases for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • BSc/BA degree or similar further education in a business or finance-related subject.
  • 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in business finance or a similar field.
  • Superior communication skills, written and oral, and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience providing high standards of service to stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Desirable skills include experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and gathering requirements and delivering insights/reporting as agreed.
