We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Avis Budget Group International. As a key member of our HR Data and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in dissecting HR data to provide insights into patterns and trends, and identify issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analysis of HR data to produce data-driven, insightful reports in Tableau & Power BI to enable strategic & operational HR & business decisions.
  2. Key role in establishing the first HR Data Lake, ensuring its scalability and effectiveness in handling large sets of diverse HR data.
  3. Manipulate and integrate data from diverse sources, focusing on automating these processes where feasible.
  4. Lead and manage special projects, aligning them with HR objectives and ensuring they deliver value.
  5. Support the Manager, HR Data and Analytics with data analysis in all areas of core HR data and be capable of offering recommendations/solutions.
  6. Support the HR Leadership and broader HR Team by delivering ad hoc reporting, analysis & insight.
  7. Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results.
  8. Expand our HR reporting and analytics capabilities, adapting to evolving business needs. Developing working practices that enhance technical capability within HR.
  9. Maintain high-quality process documentation relating to data analysis.
Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL and relational databases, with advanced Excel skills.
  2. Knowledge and experience of query writing in SQL programming.
  3. Microsoft Ecosystem Familiarity: Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
  4. Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques (ETL).
  5. Experience in data analysis and data management.
  6. Deep understanding and curiosity about HR data and people analytics.
  7. Have a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to question and troubleshoot data.
