About the Job

The role involves delivering high-quality care in patients' own homes, working closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. The main aspects of the role include diabetic management, wound management, palliative care, bladder and bowel care, and other continence needs.

Requirements
  • RN qualification or degree/diploma
  • ENB 998 or equivalent or willingness to work towards
  • Experience in a community setting
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates competency in clinical skills such as wound management, catheterisation, medicines management, and administration
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge/understanding of boundaries of role
