Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Renfrew. As a key member of our Major Projects division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of HSE Management Plans, deploying Company QHS&E Policy, and delivering business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager(s) in developing and applying the company HS&E policies and strategies.
  • Promote a positive HS&E culture to achieve successful HS&E performance.
  • Develop Aspects & Impact Assessments and other key deliverables required within the projects.
  • Lead on all HSE matters and drive the promotion of HS&E values.
  • Interact well with team members and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-disciplinary projects that make a meaningful impact on society. As an accomplished EH&S Manager, you will have the ability to contribute to projects with significant social and environmental impacts.

Requirements:

  • Backed by a Degree Level Environmental Diploma/Degree Level OH&S Diploma and 5+ years' experience.
  • Proven background in industry EPC HS&E Manager position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
