A leading contract manufacturer of plastic products is expanding and seeking a dynamic Field Sales Engineer to fuel further growth.

Your Role:
You will play a pivotal role in helping expand the customer base by building relationships and securing new business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospective customers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored quotes and solutions
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Visit clients across the UK to understand their needs and offer personalized services
- Keep the client database updated and accurate for streamlined operations
What We're Looking For:
To succeed as a Field Sales Engineer, you will bring a blend of sales experience and technical understanding.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing/engineering sector
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager)
- Exceptional communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
- A full UK driving license
