About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, gross profit growth, and overall business expansion across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
  • Identify, develop, and acquire customer projects, including stakeholder engagement and proposal creation.
  • Manage project calculations, control commercial results, and analyze profitability. Define routes to market, focusing on strategic growth and customer acquisition.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for RSS products.
  • Manage tenders and offers, ensuring robust marketing of new products. Coordinate with national sales teams to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee long-term customer projects and integrate product portfolio components into tailored customer offerings.
  • Analyze commercial opportunities and collaborate with project managers for execution. Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments to ensure resource availability and fulfillment.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Evaluation:
  • Monitor competitor activities and evaluate market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Communicate product, market, and technology insights between the RSS headquarters and the local team.
  • Support attendance at industry events and trade fairs to promote the company.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sales and management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in sales and management, preferably in the medical sector.
  • A strong sales mindset and ability to work in diverse teams.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English (business level).
  • Ability to travel, including international trips.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a performance-related bonus, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
