EHS Excellence Specialist

EHS Manager Job Summary:
La-Z-Boy UK seeks an experienced EHS Manager to oversee and enhance EHS programs across three UK-based facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of UK EHS legislation, expertise in risk assessments, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs tailored to each site's operations.
- Collaborate with the Group EHS team to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Monitor and mitigate environmental risks associated with production processes.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Estimated annual salary: £40,000 - £55,000.
- Casual dress, company pension, employee discount, free parking, on-site parking, referral programme.
- Monday to Friday schedule, in-person work location.
