Safety Manager Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS initiatives across three UK-based facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EHS management, with expertise in risk assessments, accident investigations, and hazard control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs tailored to each site's operations.
- Liaise with the Group EHS team to align local practices with global standards.
- Conduct regular site risk assessments and monitor environmental risks associated with production processes.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven track record in an EHS management role, ideally within manufacturing or warehousing environments.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
