About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and their members through the delivery of communication and engagement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with clients and their members.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality communication materials.
  • Provide technical expertise on pensions legislation and regulations to support the development of communication materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in communication and engagement.
Requirements
  • Higher qualification (HND or Degree) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a pensions technical role.
  • Strong copywriting, proofing, and editing skills.
  • Exacting attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrable skill level in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
