Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Outsourcing Manager to join our team at Butler Rose. As a key member of our Outsourcing division, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting and back office services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data processing activities and treasury matters
  • Oversee the production of management information, including complex financial reports
  • Ensure that accounting systems are up to date and accurate
  • Review and analyze financial results, including key performance indicators
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files
  • Assist with tendering and implementation of new client engagements
  • Liaise with tax, payroll, and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in a Practice Outsourcing team or senior management accountant/business partner in industry
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or part-qualified and QBE candidates
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with UKGAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent IT skills, including Xero and Excel
  • Sage and CCH experience an advantage
