Outsourcing Manager Job Description

Reed is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Outsourcing Manager on behalf of our client, a Top 10 accountancy firm. The role will be in the Business Services and Outsourcing team at their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a range of solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality outsourcing services.
  • Collaborating with other teams across the firm to provide a comprehensive service offering to clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing service delivery and providing additional services.
  • Working closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to support client needs effectively.
  • Managing and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) ideally with at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
  • Relevant experience in a similar management role.
  • Ability to advise on and implement financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Good understanding of business controls and month/year-end controls.
  • Full knowledge of compliance and take on procedures.
