### Job Title: Outsourcing Semi Senior

### Job Description

Are you a skilled Outsourcing Semi Senior or Senior Bookkeeper with a strong background in Xero and at least 3 years of experience in a practice firm? Do you want to work for a modern and forward-thinking Top 30 West End practice that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment?

As a key member of our rapidly growing Outsourcing team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of clients from various sectors, including property, technology, law, financial services, media, and retail. Your responsibilities will include managing your own portfolio of clients, producing management accounts, quarterly VAT returns, general bookkeeping assignments, and client advisory work using predominantly Xero.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of clients from various sectors
* Produce management accounts, quarterly VAT returns, and general bookkeeping assignments
* Provide client advisory work using Xero
* Offer advice on migrating from other software packages to Xero
* Work on ad hoc projects and assignments

### Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience as a Semi Senior or Senior Bookkeeper in a practice firm
* Strong up-to-date experience using Xero
* Experience preparing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments
* Experience of management accounts is an advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
