Job Title: Senior Analysis Manager

At Aztec Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analysis Manager to lead our Outsourcing Framework and Governance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in outsourcing regulations and risk management to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and maintain the Group's Outsourcing Framework, ensuring it remains up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main contact and coordinate the governance of outsourcing risk management processes across the entity.
  • Prepare and chair the Outsourcing Forum, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement an effective culture of compliance, ensuring appropriate controls, procedures, and training are in place.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of regulatory changes and ensure our Group Outsourcing Framework remains current.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in outsourcing regulations and risk management, including experience in performing oversight of outsourced activities within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations in Luxembourg and Ireland, with a particular focus on regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies and procedures.
  • Logical approach, analytical ability, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently on concurrent initiatives.
