Position Overview:

Academics Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to support local primary schools in the area of Retford.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, delivering high-quality education and training to Early Years students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the Early Years Framework effectively to foster a stimulating learning environment.
  • Supporting local primary schools with either long-term or flexible cover.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching qualification, such as QTS or EYTS.
  • Proven experience working with the Early Years Framework.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to process one).

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
