Care and Support Assistant

As a care and support assistant with Autism East Midlands, you will play a vital part in ensuring the welfare and security of our service users. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with autism and their families, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the welfare and security of service users and premises throughout the night.
- Liaise with care staff and contact the on-call manager if necessary.
- Complete laundry tasks, general caretaking duties, cleaning, and domestic tasks.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, paid annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.
