About the Role

This is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where no two days are the same. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, which includes induction, ongoing support, and career development opportunities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, enhanced evening and weekend pay at 50p per hour, premium overtime rates at £1 per hour, and access to a range of benefits, including wage stream, funded Blue Light Card, and 24/7 doctor line for colleagues and their families.
