Care and Support Lead

We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the smooth running of our care homes, ensuring high standards of care are achieved. As a key member of our team, you will have a high level of responsibility including managing medication, reviewing resident care plans, mentoring staff, and overseeing daily operations.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. They will also be passionate about working as part of a dynamic team and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
