About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our residents to provide person-centred care and support, while also contributing to the development of our staff team.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing holistic care and support to our residents.
  2. Developing and implementing recreational activities within the home and wider community.
  3. Participating in care planning and reviews as requested.
  4. Supporting the staff team through supervision and training.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care
  2. Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally young adults with disabilities, autism and complex needs
  3. Competent written and oral communication skills to include computer literacy
