As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering this care, working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support services.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of skills, compassion, and enthusiasm.
  • You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on mental health support and recovery.

We welcome applications from individuals with previous experience within the primary care sector, particularly those with knowledge of system one patient management software.

Requirements
  • NVQ L2/3 H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2/3 in H&SC is essential.
  • Awareness of professional boundaries in relation to client care and understanding of equality and diversity issues are also crucial.
