Care Assistant Role Overview

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering heart-based care, prioritizing the physical, emotional wellbeing, and social needs of our residents. This includes providing personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal assistance.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, plus paid DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension, and 28 days annual leave. You'll also enjoy access to benefits like a company pension, life assurance, and GP online consultations.
