Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team at Footprints Conductive Education Centre. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, helping them to develop confidence, satisfaction, and motivation required for learning.

This is an exciting chance to start a career in childcare and be part of a team that empowers children and families to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Working with small groups of children and their families during weekly Conductive Education sessions and other services provided by Footprints.
  2. Contributing to the development of children and families through praise, encouragement, and support.
  3. Setting up and tidying session rooms with equipment, furniture, and teaching resources.
  4. Creating educational resources for children to use in their Conductive Education sessions.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer care, creativity, and initiative.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including a potential opportunity for a permanent role within the company following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
