The Business Growth Catalyst is responsible for driving the growth and development of the Univar portfolio by working closely with suppliers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have significant commercial experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Key responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing the current portfolio, developing new products, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.
Main Tasks- Review and optimize the current portfolio to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and launch new products to enhance the business.
- Work with the sales team to drive sales performance and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all operations.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum based on location and experience, plus a diverse range of benefits to support employees' wellbeing.
