Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Advance TRS. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance-related tasks to ensure smooth operation of projects
  • Book training courses and arrange drug & alcohol screenings
  • Monitor expiries of courses, D&A, and medicals, and arrange recent ones as needed
  • Update databases with new training providers and contact information
  • Request and manage subcontractor sponsorships
  • Run expiring items reports weekly and chase up documents and tickets from contractors
  • Order PPE to be sent to contractors

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent computer literacy in all MS Office packages
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
