About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Newcastle Upon Tyne as a Client Administrator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building relationships with clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will work closely with the Financial Planners to ensure that clients receive high-quality support and guidance, maintaining regular contact to address their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working within a financial planning support or administrative role
  • Knowledge of pensions, ISAs, GIAs, and investment products
  • A strong ethic of client service
