We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at a leading company in the print industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and nurturing relationships within key markets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the print industry. You will also have experience in managing and motivating a sales team, as well as demonstrated success in selling to key markets such as Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.

In this role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, lead and manage a small sales team, and negotiate contracts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45-50k, opportunities for professional development and career progression, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
