Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Watford, Hertfordshire. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to launch a brand-new Massage Company location and work closely with our Operations Director to refine existing processes and lead a local team of 15+ staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the owner to set business objectives and develop plans to achieve them
- Manage appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and feedback
- Foster strong relationships with customers, Membership Sales Supervisors, and Massage Therapists
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Customer service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients
