Business Development Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Director - I&C Energy to join our team and drive business growth in the I&C energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and markets.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the I&C energy sector.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead business development efforts for new energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and P&L targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and securing long-term relationships.
Benefits and Remuneration:
We offer a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection. You will also have access to our annual profit share scheme, employee self-sacrifice Electric Vehicle scheme, and internal rewards and recognition scheme.
