About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and positive Scheme Manager to provide direct support to residents and ensure the scheme is well-managed and maintained.

As a Scheme Manager, you will be working with older adults, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, external service providers, and contractors, ensuring that residents live in a secure and welcoming environment.

The role will involve:

  • Providing direct support to residents
  • Ensuring the scheme is well-managed and maintained
  • Working with older adults to maintain their independence
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
  • Liaising with carers, family members, and contractors

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working or volunteering in a customer-facing role
  • Understanding of how to identify and provide practical and emotional support
  • Understanding of best practice in relation to safeguarding and data protection and confidentiality
  • Understanding of welfare benefits and their implications for individuals and the service
  • IT literacy
