Job Description

We Are With You is seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a passionate advocate for the impact of volunteers, you will play a crucial role in promoting, coordinating, and supporting volunteering across our service.

About the Role

As Volunteer Coordinator, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with local partner agencies, community groups, and charities to promote volunteering opportunities. You will provide advice and support to staff working with volunteers, deal with enquiries, and undertake monitoring of the volunteering programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake monitoring of the volunteering programme.
  • Act as an effective advocate for volunteering throughout the service and across the organisation.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with experience working within the voluntary sector, leading and managing a voluntary programme, and delivering induction and training programmes. You will hold a Volunteer Management Qualification and have knowledge of best practice in volunteering.
