- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals affected by dementia in a group setting
- Assist with the setup and facilitation of group activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Help to promote social interaction and engagement among group members, fostering a sense of community and connection
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of group members
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals affected by dementia
- Ability to travel independently to different venues
