**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Sales Territory Growth Leader** to join our team at Crown Equipment Southeast Asia. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in your assigned territory through new business development, account management, and relationship-building activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both through cold calling and networking;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including providing technical support and after-sales service;
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of materials handling sales experience, preferably within the fork lift industry. They will possess strong new business development skills, effective account management capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive commission structure and quarterly bonus. In addition, you will be offered a company car, fuel card, private mileage benefit, and 25 days annual leave.
