Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at PHMG. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team with technical material for client presentations, advising on cloud telephony platform capabilities and optimization of existing setups.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic technical pre-sales environment, prioritizing, communicating and delivering supporting materials quickly. You will need to have a natural attention to detail, provide key insights to the performance of cloud telephony systems and analyze data to spot trends and provide summaries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and highlighting areas of improvement to existing telephony configurations, restructure and reconfiguration of Cloud Telephony systems, speaking with clients about telephony system capabilities and configuration and implementation of audio onto cloud-based phone systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 OTE, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their skills in cloud telephony.
