Job Title: Environmental Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Officer to join our team at The Skills Coalition. As an Environmental Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization maintains a high level of environmental compliance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on environmental management systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of environmental regulations and legislation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
