Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote sustainability and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Provide training and support to staff on environmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to reduce environmental impact.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, waste, and carbon emissions.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance on environmental matters to staff and management.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of environmental regulations and legislation.
- Experience with ISO 14001 audits and environmental management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental protection.
