Job Description

Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential care service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages service users to live as independently as possible.

The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered in a safe and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential care
