Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care service in Weston-Super-Mare.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
